Nolja Privacy Policy

Double Y Labs (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the Nolja app (“the App”) handles information.

1. Personal information

The App does not provide accounts or sign-in and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, contacts, or other personal information. Game records and settings are stored only in local storage on your device or browser.

2. Photos and media

• The App requests permission to add an image to your photo library only when you choose to save a result card.
• The App does not read existing photos or upload them to a server.
• If you use sharing, the content is sent to the app you choose and that app’s privacy policy applies thereafter.

3. Transfers and third parties

The App has no operating server and does not send game records, settings, or share cards to us. It does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No personal information is provided to third parties or transferred internationally for operating the App.

4. Retention and deletion

Records and settings may remain on your device until you delete the app or clear its browser data. Saved result card images can be deleted from your photo library.

5. Children

The App does not collect personal information from children and has no feature for submitting personal information.
