Math Collector Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Math Collector (the “App”) and the rights and obligations of the operator and users.

2. Service

The App provides the following free of charge:

• Level-by-level practice of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Rocket Missions and the 60-second Lightning Challenge
• A themed collection unlocked with stars
• A settings screen protected by a grown-up check

3. For parents and guardians

• Settings can only be opened after a grown-up check (a math problem).
• The App is a learning aid and does not guarantee learning outcomes.

4. Data storage

• Stars, records, collection, and settings are stored only on your device and are not backed up by the operator.
• Deleting the App or losing or resetting the device may erase your records. Restoring from a full iPhone backup may restore them.

5. Ads

The App is supported by ads. Google AdMob banner ads appear at the bottom of the home and collection screens. Only non-personalized, general-audience ads are requested, and no ads appear while solving problems.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for:

• Loss of records due to device loss, reset, or deleting the App
• The content of ads or external services reached through ads

7. Changes to or termination of the service

The operator may change or discontinue the service. Important changes will be announced in the App or on this page.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the update on this page with a new effective date.
