Go Again Terms of Use

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using Go Again (the “App”) and the rights and responsibilities of the operator and users.

2. The service

The App provides the following free of charge:

• Place search, go-again ratings, and visit records
• Map view, “What should I eat?” suggestions, and reports
• Share cards and videos
• iCloud backup and sync, and on-device reminders

3. Place information

• Place names, addresses, and locations come from third-party services such as Kakao and Apple Maps. We do not guarantee their accuracy or that a place is open.
• Please check opening hours yourself before visiting.

4. Your records

• You own, and are responsible for, the ratings, notes, and photos you create.
• Records are stored only on your device and in your iCloud; we do not back them up. Turning off iCloud, deleting the App, or losing your device may erase them.
• When sharing, please make sure you don’t infringe on others’ rights.

5. Reminders

Reminders are iOS local notifications and may not appear, or may be delayed, depending on permissions, Focus, and device state.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable, in connection with this free App, for:

• Loss of records from device loss or reset, deleting the App, or changing iCloud settings
• Errors, outages, or inaccurate information from third-party search or map services
• Anything arising at a place you visited based on the App’s suggestions

7. Changes to the service

We may change or discontinue the service and will announce significant changes in the App or on this page.

8. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted on this page with their effective date.
