Clock Out Terms of Use
Effective October 9, 2026 · iOS app
1. The service
Clock Out is a workday companion showing earnings estimates, a countdown, characters and shareable content based on the pay and schedule you enter. It does not access bank accounts, transfer wages, file taxes or certify attendance.
2. Estimates and creative scenes
Earnings, deductions, conversions and available rankings are for reference and may differ from payroll, taxes and statutory allowances. Features and data years vary by region. The default global/yen deduction of 20% is an example. Spending and balances in payday share videos are fictional scenes, not bank transactions. Use your payslip and appropriate official sources for payroll or tax decisions.
3. Your data and sharing
Entered pay and work settings are processed on-device. Manage backups and copies shared with others separately, and check amount visibility before sharing. Advertising, optional analytics and permissions are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Ads and availability
The app includes ads. Some templates can be used a limited number of times after watching a rewarded ad. Access may be granted without an ad when one cannot load. Features and refresh frequency can vary with device, OS, connection and region.
5. Your rights
These terms do not exclude consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Report calculation errors or defects so we can investigate.
